Ingredients:
Torn plain & everything bagels, bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, sauteed onions, cream, sharp white cheddar, cream cheese, parmesan, salt & pepper
Gluten Free version contains same ingredients except bagels are substituted for the Difference Baker plain and ‘almost’ everything (no sesame seeds) see their website for bagel ingredients
Cooking Directions:
1. You will take the pan home uncooked, place in fridge overnight or two nights
2. Morning of: Remove the casserole from the fridge and let sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
4. Bake covered for 50 minutes.
5. Remove the lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown, the center is hot and the egg mixture is set.
6. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
