8am-12pm Friday, April 18 & Saturday, April 19
Ingredients:
Torn plain & everything bagels, bacon, ham, sausage, eggs, sauteed onions, cream, sharp white cheddar, cream cheese, parmesan, salt & pepper
**Egg Only version contains no bacon, ham or sausage
Gluten Free version contains same ingredients except bagels are substituted for the Difference Baker plain and ‘almost’ everything (no sesame seeds)

Cooking Directions:
1. You will take the pan home uncooked, place in fridge overnight or two nights
2. Morning of: Remove the casserole from the fridge and let sit out at room temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
4. Bake covered for 50 minutes.
(GLUTEN FREE-30 minutes)
5. Remove the lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown, the center is hot and the egg mixture is set.
(GLUTEN FREE 10 minutes)
6. Let cool 10 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
